$8,000,000 Delta Waterfront Hotel Transformation
As General Contractor and Project Manager, Collinson oversaw the complete gut and multi-million dollar modernization of this 7-storey waterfront landmark. Stripped to its 1985 concrete frame, the building received comprehensive structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and architectural millwork upgrades.

In 2003, Adam Collinson began with a single truck, hand tools, and an uncompromising dedication to high-end carpentry. By 2005, demand grew rapidly, prompting Adam and his father to form an official partnership as Collinson Custom Building & Carpentry.
Over two decades, the firm expanded into major commercial hospitality, heading the landmark $8,000,000 Delta Waterfront Hotel conversion, the modern Ramada Hotel, and dozens of luxury custom estates across Kingston, Frontenac County, and the Thousand Islands.
